This position exists for the purpose of providing the highest quality of Project Management directly to our clients. The primary function of this role is to assist clients with the business planning and configuration for integration and implementation of the DCI – Content and digital asset dissemination services of products.
This role will manage and drive projects at client sites and remotely.

Responsibilities
Support sales, alliances and account management in the client acquisition process and in incremental sales from a services perspective
Gather business and technical requirements, customize and develop presentations and discussions,
Clearly demonstrating the value of our Services to diverse audiences, both in person and virtually;
Author scope of work (SOW) documents
Overall Project framing and Project Management Office responsibilities
Project plan development, tracking, and management
Proactive and reactive issue management
Completion of related implementation deliverables
Define customer business requirements and prepare gap analysis
Functional and technical analysis
Design configuration documents and lead full or in portion the design effort for implementation projects
Work directly with customer personnel and DCI Sales & Development Team to define and specify application requirements
Strategic Implementation Workshops
Issue and budget management support
Quality Assurance
Assist training of clients in the areas of solutions, implementation, customer care, education services, release management
Provide on-going coaching and support for clients
Develop solid relationships with clients
Travel to Client meetings and Company offices, as necessary

Qualifications
B.A/B.S or equivalent experience or Project Management certification
Minimum 5 years of business process or professional services consulting experience
Experience in consulting environment as a Functional Lead
Ability to deal with and resolve complex customer business issues
Solid understanding of project management and software implementation
Strong business analysis skills
Strong Customer Service orientation
Excellent client facing skills
Established presentation skills both written and oral
Excellent people management skills
Ability to thrive in a time-sensitive, high energy, demanding entrepreneurial environment
Prior consulting experience
Experience in large-scale software application implementation
German language is a strong advantage
We are looking for a professional with a proven ability to deliver under pressure and within deadlines across several parallel projects
